19 Wollaton Road, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 2NG. Meetings are free of charge and attendees can purchase their own drinks from the bar downstairs.
The meeting room is upstairs, around 20 steps, and there is no lift. There is no wheelchair-accessible toilet or induction/hearing loop system.

A small positive self help support group for people affected by stress and dealing with challenging times. The group welcomes people who are interested in overcoming anxiety, depression and isolation; meeting to share coping strategies and to try safe social outings.
